1, affect the quality of enamelled wire.


In the process of enameled wire production, if the particles in the water remain on the copper wire, the surface of the copper wire will be uneven and the holes will occur. The pollution of ionic impurities will increase the surface charge density of copper wire, resulting in a decrease in the electrochemical performance of the oxide layer, which will affect its parameters. During the stretching process, these impurities adsorbed on the copper wire will spread to the inside of the copper wire, affecting the surface lubrication of the copper wire, resulting in uneven local resistance, easy to be broken down and other shortcomings, but also because of oil or organic matter in the water, affecting the painting effect, poor adhesion of the paint film, resulting in a decline in porosity insulation parameters. In particular, the pollution of CL will occur due to deliquation, and black spots will occur in a climate with high humidity, which is the reason for the occurrence of black spots on the enamelling wire, so the paint film is perforated, and the moisture is further invaded, resulting in the decline of the quality parameters of the enamelling wire, which is also the reason for the occurrence of voltage drop.


2, the impact on mechanical parts.


We know that in the transmission process of mechanical equipment, in order to ensure that the equipment continues to work at high speed and in the case of metal collision, the equipment must be cooled. If the cooling water contains a lot of impurities, it will occur: equipment pollution, corrosion, scaling, salinization, pipeline mud, scale, scale. Device cooling effect is reduced. The equipment damage speed is fast, the maintenance pressure is increased, and the mechanical life is reduced, which will seriously affect the production power and economic benefits of the equipment.


The clogging of annealing tube in annealer and the surface fouling of water impingement guide wheel are all related to the accumulation of calcium and magnesium ions in hard water.


3, the impact on lubricating fluid.


Because the impurities in the water, especially the hardness components, will react chemically with alkaline lubricants, will consume a lot of lubricants, reduce its activity, reduce the effect, and accelerate deterioration. Therefore, many manufacturers use pure water when producing lubricating fluid, and the effect is very good.


The water quality of the washing liquid and cooling water (direct contact with the product) involved in the product should be strictly controlled, and the higher the diameter of the fine line is required. It is mainly controlled by the following levels:


(1) Annealed water seal water of enameled wire and copper wire: in line with the primary distilled water specification, the conductivity is 10/CM, no CL detection, no hardness.


(2) Mechanical cooling water: softening water gauge.
